APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. Out of consideration for other clients, if you are more than five minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment.

Your appointments are very important to The Vanity Wax, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. This includes cancelling part of your service.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Again, I require at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 48-25 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100%. This applies to late arrivals.
